ShoppingResult BV, a Dutch company (Chamber of Commerce #82906971), operates this service. Users must accept these terms to access the platform. If the Terms of Use are updated, we will send a notification and ask you to accept them.
2. Account Use
Users must maintain confidential credentials and cannot share accounts. The service prohibits users under 13, though minors may use it with parental consent. Account holders represent they have authority to bind any business on whose behalf they subscribe.
3. Prohibited Activities
The platform forbids harmful conduct including: threatening behavior, service disruption, account resale, unauthorized access attempts, and automated scraping. You must not use or attempt to use any unauthorized means to modify, reroute, or gain access.
4. Metadata Rights
ShoppingResult may use uploaded metadata to enhance its pricing algorithm without sharing data with third parties. The company doesn't claim ownership, but users are responsible for backups. Data may be deleted permanently upon account suspension or expiration.
5. Payment Terms
All features require payment within 30 days. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly based on usage factors. Calculation of the charge is done automatically and can vary each billing period. Prices require 15-day notice before changes. No refunds apply once services begin.
6. Intellectual Property
ShoppingResult owns all service materials, trademarks, and proprietary rights. Users consent to receiving promotional emails and may unsubscribe.
7. Liability Limits
The service provides materials "as is" without warranties. ShoppingResult does not warrant that the functional aspects of the service will be error free. Maximum liability caps at €1,000 or last billing period amount.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate. Upon termination, user content is removed and payment obligations remain.
9. Jurisdiction
Dutch law governs; disputes fall under Dutch court jurisdiction.
